White Oaks Bayou DeView

White Oaks Recreational Land Development is excited to announce it’s latest recreational land development project. We recently closed on the purchase of over 1800 acres of beautiful farm ground and hardwood bottoms located along the banks of Bayou DeView near Fisher, Arkansas. Over the next few years we will work tirelessly to develop White Oaks Bayou DeView into the next great duck hunting property in northeast Arkansas by restoring hundreds of acres of crop ground back to pristine duck and deer habitat. Along with the restoration of crop ground, we will be building a lodge, planting trees, installing pits and constructing duck blinds. Given the properties’ ideal location in the heart of one of the most famous and well-travelled flight corridors in northeast Arkansas, we know White Oaks Bayou DeView will be world class duck hunting.

Fisher, Arkansas is a small farming community located in the heart of some of the best duck hunting Arkansas or the world has to offer. Directly adjacent to Bayou DeView and sandwiched in between the Cache and L'Anguille rivers, Fisher is literally surrounded by duck habitat in every direction. This is an area that is no stranger to duck hunting and world class duck clubs. The world famous Mallard Pond hunting club is only a couple of miles away, and Bayou DeView WMA is just up the road. Fisher's central location in the midst of all this prime hunting ground makes it a lively spot when the ducks start arriving in late Fall.
